These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777ez ("777ez", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://777ez.app ("Platform"). By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777ez Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) 777ez account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• 777ez reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, Passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

All financial transactions on the 777ez Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction in your 777ez account.
• Deposits are credited to your 777ez account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777ez is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified payment method registered to the same account holder. 777ez does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 777ez reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may require submission of supporting documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of such checks.
• Funds in your 777ez account do not accrue interest.

All bets placed on the 777ez Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering:

• A bet is not confirmed until 777ez has issued a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical error or system failure, 777ez reserves the right to void any bets that were placed incorrectly or without a valid confirmation.
• Odds displayed on the 777ez Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 777ez is not liable for any difference between displayed and confirmed odds arising from latency or connectivity issues on the user's device.
• In-play (live) betting rules are displayed within each live market. 777ez reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• 777ez reserves the right to void or reduce any bet that it reasonably suspects has been placed on the basis of insider information, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent or corrupt activity.

777ez may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible users. The following general terms apply to all 777ez promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These will be communicated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another user or account.
• 777ez reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where it determines that a user has acted in bad faith, exploited a technical error, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

• Operating multiple 777ez accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or betting on the basis of insider information.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 777ez Platform for any financial crime or illegal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777ez staff or other users.

All content on the 777ez Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of 777ez or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent from 777ez.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ez shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777ez's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777ez reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777ez will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the 777ez Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777ez is duly licensed and registered as an operator.
